My name is Bryan Garcia and I specialize in helping folks buy and sell real estate in Northern Virginia. My area of expertise is Prince William County, VA — Haymarket, Gainesville, Bristow, Manassas, Warrenton and surrounding communities.

I am Principal Broker & Licensed Realtor® with EXIT Heritage Realty of Haymarket, Virginia and I have been selling real estate full time since March 2002 when I joined my mother Cheryl, Associate Broker/Owner who has been licensed since 1980. We opened Heritage Real Estate in September 2003 and in August 2006 we joined EXIT Realty, the fastest growing real estate company in North America, as franchise owners and converted Heritage Real Estate into EXIT Heritage Realty, now one of the fast growing real estate firms in the region.
I live in the Town of Haymarket with my wife and two children where we enjoy the small town community lifestyle and the strolls to Cupcake Heaven, Giuseppe’s Restaurant, Fosters Grill and Pickle Bob’s Ice Cream. I am very familiar with the real estate market and community in Haymarket. That's why they call me "Haymarket Real Estate Guy."
Born in Virginia, I grew up in Monrovia, Liberia; Caracus, Venezuela; Quito, Ecuador; Colombo Sri-Lanka; and finally Manassas/Haymarket, Virginia where I graduated from Stonewall Jackson Senior High School. In 1994, I received a Bachelor of Science degree from Clemson University and then spent 7 years in management with Ruby Tuesday restaurants in Georgia, ending my restaurant career in 2002 as a Managing Partner for Ruby Tuesday.
